Julia Gelfgatt is a mother, an artist, a reiki master and the founder of IVA WELL, a practice created to empower people to connect to the deep well of wisdom within themselves and remember the inherent regenerative power within our bodies, to build community around a holistic approach to health and wellbeing which looks at the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects, and the influence of our communities and eco systems. Julia brings to her work sincerity and curiosity, years of practice in meditation, movement, earth medicine, sound and energy healing, as well as her own energetic gifts, and the exploration of her Ukrainian lineage and the ancient and modern healing practices of Ukrainian folk healers. Drawing upon these influences and her own self healing journey, Julia has created a multi-sensory healing modality that aims to connect people to their intuition and empowers them to live intentionally from a place of self love and acceptance, in alignment with the flow and cycles of nature.
